We have a mixture of hourly, project and flat rate for our services. It depends on the services requested.

How long will it take to see results?

This depends on what service you are getting from us. Marketing can take a long time to see results. In our experience you should see results in about 90 days time or sooner.

Do you have experience in my industry?

What happens if I'm not happy with the results?

Can you handle everything for me, or do I need to be involved?

We can and will handle everything on your behalf unless you request to be involved in the process or you are required to be involved. We will not perform any significant work action without your prior consent. 

What’s the process for getting started?

The process to get started using Cindtoro services can be done in a few different ways. The first way is to purchase our services directly on our pricing pages. We will reach out to you within 24 hours to review next steps.

2nd way: if you do not feel comfortable getting started with Cindtoro services prior to talking to us or you feel your project will require additional customization you can reach out to a member of our team from there we will schedule a consultation.

What kind of reporting or updates will I receive?

It is a company policy to keep communication lines as transparent and open as possible. For reporting we have live dashboards which will show you the key performance indicators KPIs of said service.

As far as updates go we strive to provide them to you each week unless we are stopped by unforeseen circumstances OR the product or service does not require frequent communication.

Do you offer ongoing support after the campaign?

It depends on the service you get from us.

Do you offer any free resources or audits?

We provide a lot of free resources in addition to free consultations and proposals. However, unlike most marketing companies who use free audits as a way to get your contact information we are very upfront with you. We do NOT offer free audits; they are a paid service provided by our team.

Digital marketing trends are constantly changing especially with the introduction of AI. To maintain our competitive edge we read the latest marketing news, are constantly testing different tactics on ourselves and our clients (as long as we get approval) and take additional certifications and courses.
